How the upcoming Premier League schedule compares between Manchester City and their main title rivals following a 2-1 win over Nottingham Forest
Manchester City have put pressure on their Premier League title rivals - including Arsenal - with a 2-1 win against Nottingham Forest, moving top for a few hours. However, the Blues were leapfrogged at the summit on Saturday afternoon when Arsenal overcame Brighton at the Emirates Stadium.
Following a goalless first half at the City Ground on Saturday lunchtime, City took the lead against Forest in the 48th-minute through Tijjani Reijnders. He was teed-up for that strike by Rayan Cherki.
Omari Hutchinson levelled things up for Sean Dyche's side. However, there was some late drama to follow in the Midlands as Cherki had the final say to - temporarily at least - move City above Arsenal.
