Manchester City player ratings as Erling Haaland was man-of-the-match in their 3-0 win over West Ham in the Premier League

Manchester City made it seven wins in a row in all competitions with a comfortable 3-0 win over West Ham in the Premier League. The Blues will top the table at least until Arsenal's trip to Everton on Saturday evening as their good form continues.

Erling Haaland scored early to get City rolling against a West Ham team who showed why they are struggling so badly in the league, and Tijjani Reijnders added to the home lead before the break. West Ham threatened to make a game of it in the second half, only for a triple substitution from Pep Guardiola to help bring about a third goal - and second for Haaland - to kill the game off.

The Blues now have a week of rest before they return to action after Christmas against Nottingham Forest on December 27. Here are the player ratings from the Manchester Evening News.

Donnarumma: Decent saves in the second half when West Ham belatedly threatened and some good distribution too. 8

Nunes: Always willing to receive the ball and effective in carrying it up the pitch to contribute to attacks. Set up the third from midfield. 8

Dias: Calm at the back mopping up anything that came his way. Partnership with Gvardiol looking solid again. 7

Gvardiol: In his best form of the season, confident at the back and anticipating play to push forward and keep City on the front foot. 7

O'Reilly: Decision-making wasn't perfect but he did enough in his duels and always gave City an outlet high on the left. 7

Gonzalez: Gave his usual assuredness on the ball, although harshly picked up an early yellow. Given an early rest. 7

Silva: A bit sloppy on the ball at times, allowing West Ham to get some momentum particularly early in the second half. 6

Foden: Tried to find the key pass on plenty of occasions but nothing really came off for him. Worked hard though. 7

Reijnders: The goals are starting to come as he keeps taking shots and he worked well with Cherki. 7

Cherki: At the heart of much of City's good play, creative and confident in equal measure. Unlucky to be hauled off. 7

Haaland: Two goals and an assist as he continues to eat up the league at a rapid rate. Unstoppable, even when he isn't always involved. 9
