Manchester City are braced for a hectic end to the transfer window with player sales dominating the agenda.

The Blues have added more than £300million worth of new talent in 2025 with this summer seeing City sign Rayan Cherki, Rayan Ait-Nouri, Tijjani Reijnders and Sverre Nypan.

It's prompted Pep Guardiola to seek to trim his squad with the boss having spoken on several occasions about his desire to work with a smaller group and avoid having to leave big-name players out of matchday squads.

City have allowed teenage defender Vitor Reis to join sister club Girona while Kevin De Bruyne and Kyle Walker have ended long associations with the Blues.

Jack Grealish is set to be next out of the door with a loan move to Everton agreed and the Toffees having an option to sign the 29-year-old permanently for £50million next summer.

Elsewhere, Tottenham are keen on Savinho, who only arrived at the Etihad last summer. City do not want to let Savinho go but will not stand in a player's way if the price is right. The Blues want more than £50m for the 21-year-old.

It remains to be seen whether Spurs will go to that price while for UEFA rules, the Blues currently have too many foreign players registered.

The likes of Nathan Ake, Manuel Akanji, Ilkay Gundogan, Oscar Bobb and John Stones all have question marks around their long-term future while James McAtee, Stefan Ortega and Kalvin Phillips are set to depart the Etihad.
