Kobbie Mainoo has been named in Manchester United's squad to face Chelsea on Saturday, though uncertainty surrounds Leny Yoro's availability after the defender was not seen travelling to London.
Mainoo sat out the Leeds United defeat last time out to a minor training knock, marking his first absence since Michael Carrick's appointment. During a press conference at Carrington on Friday, Carrick said Mainoo was "working towards" full fitness and a decision would be taken.
United are heading to London on Friday afternoon and Mainoo is part of the travelling party, but Yoro was absent at Stockport Station and his potential unavailability would represent a significant setback for Carrick, who is already without Harry Maguire and Lisandro Martinez through suspension.
Patrick Dorgu (hamstring injury) and Matthijs de Ligt (back injury) remain unavailable for the fixture. Carrick has called up youngsters Shea Lacey and Tyler Fletcher for the Chelsea clash.

Both were named among the substitutes against Leeds and have earned the opportunity to make the journey to London.
United will look to respond against Chelsea following a 2-1 defeat to Leeds earlier in the week. Leeds held a two-goal advantage at half-time, and United's hopes of staging a fightback were extinguished when Martinez received a red card in the 59th minute.
Martinez was shown a red card for violent conduct after pulling Dominic Calvert-Lewin's hair. The defender now faces a three-match suspension, ruling him out of fixtures against Chelsea, Liverpool and Brentford.
Maguire is also banned for the visit to Stamford Bridge, having received an additional one-game suspension after the FA upheld their charge against him for allegedly acting in an improper manner towards a fourth official.
Chelsea were thumped 3-0 by Manchester City at home last weekend. Liam Rosenior took charge in January, yet he is already feeling the heat following a series of underwhelming displays from his side.
