A Sky Sports subscription has just got even more enticing as a retailer has unveiled a new 'lowest ever price' package. The particular deal comes from Virgin Media and it offers almost £100 its flagship Sport Bundle.
The Sport Bundle was priced at £56.99 but it's now available for £52,99, saving shoppers £92 over the £24-month term. It provides access to nine Sky Sports channels, including Main Event, Premier League, F1, Golf and Cricket, as well as the new digital channel Sky Sports+.
Shoppers who subscribe now will be able to watch Manchester City's upcoming game against Newcastle United on on Saturday, February 21. Viewers will also be able to watch Manchester United play Everton on Monday, February 23.

There’s also more than 200 regular TV channels and 516Mbps fibre broadband included as standard, plus a free Netflix subscription. Virgin is also offering new customers a bill credit up to £250 to cover any early exit fees charged by their current provider.
Securing Virgin’s sports deal allows customers to avoid the upcoming price increase set to be introduced by many TV and broadband providers. That’s because Virgin has already locked in its prices for this April, with the Sport bundle next due to rise to £56.99 in April 2027.
Other Virgin packages with Sky Sports channels include the £64.99 Sport + Cinema bundle and £76.99 Max Bolt bundle, which also come with Sky Cinema, internet speeds up to 1,130Mbps and extra benefits such as an O2 SIM card. Additionally, Virgin customers can add bolt-ons such as TNT Sports (£25) and Premier Sports (£16.99) at discounted rates compared to signing up direct, Wales Online reports.
For shoppers looking to keep costs down, Sky provides full sport coverage with its £35 Essential TV and Sky Sports bundle. For the lower price compared to Virgin’s comparable plan, Sky includes around 100 fewer channels and no broadband is included as standard, but customers also receive free Netflix and discovery+ access.
For those sticking with Virgin Media’s Sport bundle, the provider has received thousands of positive reviews on Trustpilot. One happy customer said: “Recently installed TV and broadband, everything works great, no complaints, absolutely exceptional.”
Another said: “Virgin have been excellent, haven't had any issues at all. My other half is very happy because he can watch football without any frustrating buffering.”
This customer offered a more mixed four-star review, saying: “A few outages here and there, a bit pricey but overall the fastest connection you can get from a reputable source.”
Nevertheless, another five-star review says: “Out of all the providers I’ve tried, Virgin is the only company that has given me a reliable and fast connection. I was with Sky and had constant issues. I’d recommend Virgin to anyone.”
