City have been drawn to face Exeter City with the tie taking place at the Etihad Stadium.

United, meanwhile, will take on Brighton with the draw confirming the tie will take place at Old Trafford against the Seagulls.

Third-round ties in the FA Cup are pencilled in to take place on the weekend of January 10/11, with the potential for some fixtures to move if selected for live television coverage.
