Marc Guehi was seen getting involved in a heated exchange with Crystal Palace fans after his side’s humiliating defeat at the hands of Macclesfield.
The FA Cup holders fell at the first hurdle to their non-league opponents as they suffered a 2-1 defeat in the third round. Guehi was something of a surprise inclusion in a much-changed side for the Eagles, but neither he nor his teammates covered themselves in glory.
The defeat may yet raise more questions about Guehi’s future at Selhurst Park, with Liverpool once again being linked with a move during the January transfer window, while Manchester City and Arsenal have also been touted as possible destinations.

Their mood may match Palace boss Oliver Glasner, who was left seething with his side as he bemoaned their embarrassing defeat.
"We give congratulations to Macclesfield for winning,” Glasner told BBC Sport.
"We had no kind of quality today and I saw no one who could win a dribble. Then conceding set goals and timing in the header.
"If you can't create clear chances, it is a lack of quality that we have shown today. We deserved to lose."
Glasner made a raft of changes at half-time, with Tyrick Mitchell, Will Hughes and Brennan Johnson all introduced as Palace tried to avoid humiliation, to no avail.

Asked what he wanted from from his substitutions, Glasner responded: "Quality. From everyone. Honestly, I have no explanation for what I have seen today and we can find excuses but you don't need tactics and a manager for these games.
"So I think if you just show what you are capable of and show pride then you perform in a different way."
The defeat comes amid yet more speculation over the future of Guehi, with Glasner having already left the door open for an exit for the defender this month.
Liverpool is once again being linked after a deadline day move fell through in the summer, although the Reds could face a fight for his signature, with City potentially emerging as the new favorite to land Guehi, while Arsenal has also reportedly entered the race now.
