Mikel Arteta faces the media after his Arsenal side’s comfortable victory over Leeds United. Where he will finally be able to discuss Eberechi Eze's signing but perhaps more pressingly the injuries suffered by Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard.
Arsenal’s second goal of the Premier League season came from yet another set piece. Jurrien Timber headed in past Lucas Perri from another corner. Saka would sadly have to go off with a hamstring injury, but that would come after his goal, firing a right-footed shot beyond a helpless keeper.
Viktor Gyokeres would open his account for the Gunners with a great goal, driving into the box from the left before firing low into the bottom left-hand corner. Timber then miraculously found himself a second goal from another corner, this time latching onto the bouncing ball in the box to poke into the back of the net. Gyokeres scored a late penalty won by Max Dowman who was excellent.
