It has been a mixed start to life in Scotland for Mikey Moore, with the Tottenham youngster experiencing both criticism and flashes of promise during his loan spell at Rangers.

It is no news that Mikey Moore is out on loan with Scottish side Rangers and that he has not entirely found the early few months particularly easy.

Moore managed just one assist in his opening ten matches and no goal contributions in his first nine, which has seen him receive some stick from Rangers supporters.

However, despite his poor form in Scotland, Moore has since impressed away from Glasgow while on international duty, scoring four goals while with the England Under-19 side.

The Tottenham teenager has now carried his impressive form for his country into club football, as he has grabbed a second assist for Rangers this season.

Moore was not handed a start against Dundee, but he made the most of the seven minutes of game time he received following the break, picking up a neat assist for James Tavernier, who scored to help Rangers draw level in the dying moments after being 2-1 down.

Moore’s pass found Tavernier, whose right-footed shot from the centre of the box made its way to the top right corner.

Moore’s Rangers stats vs Dundee

It indeed was a complete display from the Tottenham loanee, who produced a tidy cameo during Rangers’ 2-2 draw with Dundee, registering solid numbers despite being introduced late in the game.

Moore completed four of his five attempted passes, recording an 80 per cent accuracy rate, and created one key chance during his short spell on the pitch.

Moore had just six touches overall, with one coming inside the opposition box, yet his involvement proved decisive as he set up James Tavernier’s late equaliser to rescue a point for Rangers.
