Mohamed Salah's conflict with Arne Slot takes center stage at San Siro as fans take sides

Liverpool's supporters belted out Arne Slot's name from high up in the San Siro away end as the Reds took on Inter Milan in the Champions League.

Salah was left behind on Monday as the Reds jetted off to Milan, with Arne Slot taking action against the Egypt international following his incendiary comments in the Elland Road mixed zone on Saturday.

The Liverpool fans in attendance made it clear whose side they were on as they serenaded the team's incumbent head coach.

In the home end, there seemed to be some trolling on show, as an Inter fan held up an Egpyt flag which carried the words: 'Mo Salah – the Egyptian king.'
