PSG were linked to Real Sociedad winger Takefusa Kubo during last summer’s transfer window, but the move never materialized.

According to Fichajes, PSG continue to monitor Kubo’s situation, though any potential approach may depend on whether Kang-in Lee decides to depart amid ongoing transfer speculation.

Meanwhile, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported that Everton have contacted Real Sociedad regarding a possible deal for the talented attacker.

After recording seven goals and four assists in 52 total appearances last season, it’s been a challenging start the 2025-26 campaign for the Japanese star. He’s only recorded one goal in eight matches.

Despite the start to the season for Kubo, that won’t stop any interest from other clubs likely seeing that the player might be needing a new challenge.

Fichajes reports that Napoli has set its sights on Kubo to strengthen their attack for next season. Manager Antonio Conte sees bringing in a high-quality left-footed winger as a key addition to his setup.

The club is exploring a move that could reach approximately €40 million, the amount Real Sociedad reportedly considers fair for letting their star player go. Conte has already discussed the profile he wants with Napoli’s sporting management, and Kubo seems to be their top target ahead of other options.
