Arsenal have reportedly been handed a boost over the fitness of Noni Madueke ahead of the Premier League title showdown with Manchester City.

The Gunners will make the trip to the Etihad Stadium to face City in the Premier League clash on Sunday afternoon, as they look to move a step closer to securing a long-awaited league title.

Madueke emerged as an injury concern for Arsenal following their goalless draw with Sporting Lisbon in the Champions League, which was enough for the Gunners to win the tie 1-0 on aggregate and book their spot in the semi-final of the competition.

The England international started the game at the Emirates Stadium, but was withdrawn in the 63rd minute with a suspected injury.
