Manchester City face Nottingham Forest this afternoon as they look to continue their fine run of form.
Pep Guardiola's side have won seven games in a row across all competitions and are firmly in the Premier League title race. Their last outing saw them beat West Ham 3-0, but despite the scoreline Pep Guardiola was not happy with his team's performance.
The City boss rejected a request from the players to take an additional day off over Christmas after the win, adding that he would be weighing all of his players to ensure they had remained professional over the Christmas period.
Forest were beaten 1-0 by Fulham on Monday night and remain just above the relegation zone despite an upturn in form since Sean Dyche took charge. Kick off is 12.30pm at the City Ground.
