Oliver Glasner has confirmed his departure from Crystal Palace at the end of this season.
The current contract of the Palace manager is set to expire in June, and the Austrian has chosen not to renew it. Glasner's announcement came on the same day that Manchester City beat Liverpool and Arsenal to Marc Guehi's signature.
While Guehi's transfer has not been officially announced, it has been widely reported that City has agreed a deal with Palace for the player's signature. A transfer could be announced as early as Friday, with the Reds missing out on their primary defensive target.

The Red Devils are looking to appoint a new permanent manager in the summer following the interim appointment of Michael Carrick until the season's close.
"I already informed the club months ago that I wanted a new challenge," Glasner said on Friday in a press conference.
"We had a very long talk, and I told him (chairman Steve Parish) I will not sign a new contract. We agreed at the time, it was the best to keep it between us.

"It's the best that we could do that and keep it confidential for three months. But now it's important to have clarity, and we had a very busy schedule, so that's why we didn't want to talk about it. Steve and I want the best for Crystal Palace."
Glasner took the reins at Palace from Eintracht Frankfurt in February 2024, stepping into the shoes of Roy Hodgson. He led Palace to FA Cup glory last season and has chalked up 41 victories in his 95 matches at the helm.
His final decision follows his earlier promise to intensify discussions with the Palace board. "I think in the next weeks, we will intensify the talks," he stated before the FA Cup tie against Macclesfield, which Palace subsequently lost.
Glasner is being monitored by United following Ruben Amorim's dismissal earlier this month.
The Austrian manager employs the same 3-4-3 tactical approach as the departed Amorim, and United is searching for a permanent successor after appointing Carrick as caretaker.
United's senior figures, spearheaded by chief executive Omar Berrada and director of football Jason Wilcox, are overseeing the hunt for a new boss.
Glasner features on their shortlist alongside Carrick, England manager Thomas Tuchel, and former Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate.
Palace suffered an FA Cup exit at the hands of non-league Macclesfield last weekend. As the Eagles were the holders of the competition, it's widely regarded as the greatest upset in FA Cup history.
