Predicting Tottenham’s next five Premier League results, including Arsenal at home

2 hours ago 50

Tottenham Hotspur earned a hard-fought draw at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in their clash against Manchester City and will be looking to build on that result when they take to the pitch once more in the Premier League.

With that in mind, here is our prediction for how Tottenham Hotspur will perform in their next five Premier League matches.

Tottenham to avoid defeat against Manchester United

Tottenham Hotspur showed much-needed fight last time out in the Premier League when they took to the pitch against Manchester City.

The Lilywhites looked completely defeated in the first half, but strong fighting spirit and resilience saw Frank’s side come back from two goals down to draw 2-2 and earn a point.

However, Spurs are still without a win in the Premier League this year and have struggled to secure more than two victories in their last 15 outings.

A trip to Old Trafford against an in-form Manchester United side is certainly the last thing Spurs will want.

United have won their last three games under new boss Michael Carrick, defeating Arsenal, Manchester City and Fulham during that run.

But Tottenham have a strong record against the Red Devils, having remained unbeaten in their last eight outings against the Manchester side.

We do expect that run to continue, and can see Spurs avoiding defeat on Saturday.

Spurs to win against Newcastle United

After the trip to Manchester to face United, Tottenham’s next fixture is a clash against Newcastle United at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The Lilywhites and the Magpies have already met twice this season, first in the Carabao Cup and then in the Premier League.

Spurs suffered a 2-0 defeat in the League Cup at St James’ Park before fighting hard to earn a 2-2 draw away from home in the league.

Newcastle are currently not enjoying the best of form, having lost back-to-back league games against Aston Villa and Liverpool.

However, their record against the Lilywhites has been impressive, with Newcastle avoiding defeat in their last seven meetings.

This time, though, we expect Newcastle to fall short, with Spurs earning their first win of 2026 in front of their home fans.

Tottenham to win 2-1

Tottenham to lose against Arsenal

This is one of the biggest games of Tottenham’s league season, with the clash on February 22 set to carry significant weight.

Revenge will be on the agenda for Spurs, who were humiliated at the Emirates Stadium earlier this season after suffering a 4-1 defeat.

That encounter was disastrous, resembling men against boys, which makes this return leg one to look forward to.

Spurs are expected to have the upper hand in terms of rest, with 12 days off following their elimination from the FA Cup.

Frank could also be handed a boost on the injury front, with Pedro Porro and Richarlison tipped to return before the North London derby.

Arsenal will be looking to extend their lead at the top of the league, while their bitter rivals could dent their title aspirations depending on how the chasing pack is faring.

Fulham to take a point against Spurs

The London derbies keep coming, as Tottenham travel to Craven Cottage to face Fulham shortly after the north London derby.

Fulham are one of the in-form sides at present, with Marco Silva’s men pushing for a European place at the time of writing.

The Cottagers were close to taking a point from in-form Manchester United in their last league outing, only for a late winner to deny them.

They can certainly cause problems for Spurs, and we can see Fulham earning a point from this game.

Fulham to draw 2-2

Tottenham to beat Crystal Palace

The run of London derbies concludes with a league fixture against Crystal Palace, a match Spurs should be targeting for all three points.

That expectation is driven by how significantly weakened the Eagles appear following a lack of additions during the winter window.

At present, Oliver Glasner’s side sit below Spurs in the league table, occupying 15th place with a goal difference of minus four.

Given their poor form, Tottenham should be able to secure a victory at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Tottenham to win 2-0
