Dean Cornelius had a goal ruled out wrongly against Hearts
Rangers were denied a legitimate goal, Hearts should have one disallowed in the same game, while Celtic and Hibernian were both wrongly awarded penalties last weekend, according to the Scottish FA's review panel.
The panel of former players, coaches and media representatives - plus individuals from the Scottish FA and clubs - delivered their latest assessment of VAR decisions in the Scottish Premiership on Friday.
It deemed two key decisions were wrong in Hearts' 2-0 win at Ibrox last weekend - a result that has heaped more pressure on Rangers head coach Russell Martin.
They unanimously agreed that VAR was incorrect not to intervene and ask referee Steven McLean to review a handball by Lawrence Shankland in the build up to Hearts' opener.
And they also believe VAR should have suggested to McLean that he was wrong to rule out Derek Cornelius' effort for a foul on goalkeeper Alexander Schwolow.
Hearts' win took them three points clear of Celtic, but the reigning champions moved level on points the following day thanks to Kelechi Iheanacho's late penalty against Kilmarnock.
John Beaton initially did not award a spot kick when the ball struck defender Lewis Mayo's arm six minutes into stoppage time, but changed his mind after being sent to the monitor. However, the panel deemed that the original decision was correct.
Meanwhile, a majority of the panelists believe Hibs should have not been awarded the penalty that allowed Jamie McGrath to earn a 3-3 draw with Dundee United.
Referee Dan McFarlane initially did not give the spot kick but reversed his decision after a VAR intervention and sent off United's Vicko Sevelj for hand ball.
United successfully appealed against Sevelj's red card at a fast-track tribunal on Tuesday.
