Rangers and Celtic fought out a 2-2 draw at Ibrox on Sunday
The weekend always promised to be a thrilling chapter in the story of this season's Scottish Premiership title race - and it certainly delivered with some big results and eye-catching goals.
League leaders Heart of Midlothian marched on with a clinical home win that has fans growing in belief, while fourth-top Motherwell kept up the pace with another confident victory over Dundee United.
That put pressure on Rangers and Celtic as they met at Ibrox on Sunday and a share of the points left the supporters on both sides of the divide with different emotions.
BBC Scotland has been asking you for your views on the action through our live pages.
Here is a selection of what you made of the weekend's action.
Rangers rue poor second half as Celtic show belief
Rangers fans were left to count the cost of a disappointing second half at Ibrox as Celtic came from 2-0 down to draw.
Iain: Any team aspiring to win a league can't afford 12 draws in 29 games played - too many points lost so far. This team don't seem to have the mentality or ability to see out wins.
Alexander: That was a disgraceful second half from Rangers. They were fortunate to draw from a position of total dominance to also-rans - unacceptable. The game lasts until the final whistle, not half-time. They let themselves, the manager and the fans down in a terrible second half.
Simon: Let's learn the lessons and go again. High intensity and concentration needed for 96, not 50 minutes. In future, let's help Jack Butland - after his two heroic penalty saves, we needed defenders hungry to beat their strikers to the goalmouth.
Peter: Just witnessed yet another game where Rangers have thrown away more points. Now eight dropped from their last six games. I can honestly say the title now belongs to Hearts. They will be playing three teams from the bottom four of the league before the split. Clearly, they are well ahead and in the driving seat.
Lex: Two wins in six league matches is abysmal. This is still the same Rangers team that lost 9-1 to Club Brugge. Any improvement is superficial and illusory. Danny Rohl certainly isn't a tactical genius.
Gary: Another farcical VAR decision going against Rangers in another Old Firm game. What is Dujon Sterling supposed to do when the ball is headed on to his hand at pace, from a foot away? The handball rule needs reviewed. It's not a free-kick anywhere else, so why a penalty?
Celtic's never say die attitude pleased fans and they aren't prepared to give up on a successful title defence yet.
Paul: If this awful Celtic team can manage to overturn that 2-0 deficit, it says far more about the Rangers team. If Reo Hatate had played with that much energy and intelligence for all of this season, we would be top not third - and he still was nowhere near his best.
John: With 30 points still to play for, I'm surprised a lot of pundits are talking as if the league has already been won. Whatever happened to "until it's mathematically impossible, there's still all to play for"? I think Hearts and Motherwell will both drop points.
Mike: An error to start Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. He would have been better off the bench. However, Reo Hatate has been poor so can understand why. Still in it, which is the main thing. I was surprised Rangers didn't push on in the second half to try to win it.
Paul: Both teams will be disappointed to only get a point. Winners were Hearts and Motherwell. Celtic can go second with a win at Aberdeen on Wednesday. Going to be twists and turns every week before this league is won. I'll go for Celtic as they play Hearts and Rangers at Celtic Park after the split.
Tyler: Luke McCowan had it absolutely spot on when he said that, at our best, Celtic are the best team in the country. It's not over until it's over.
Alistair: Although we have still lost two points to Hearts, I'm taking a positive view as we might have the old Hatate back and we are still well in the title race if we play the way we did in the second half more often. We may not have the most talent, but this squad has belief, grit and determination of champions.
'Professional' Hearts account for 'worst' Aberdeen side

Claudio Braga scored the only goal to give Hearts a vital three points
Hearts took another major step forward in the title race by beating Aberdeen, with the Tynecastle faithful starting to get excited.
Ruaridh: Feels a real contradiction, but it was a nervy 1-0 win as well as being a really powerful dominant performance. Time to believe!
Gary: Another win, another three points. Despite the narrow scoreline, a comfortable win against a hapless Aberdeen side. Nervy, not because of the opposition but mostly due to the fact one slip-up could have been costly.
Some great individual performances from Claudio Braga, Blair Spittal and Jamie McCart to name a few. A fortnight off to settle the nerves then we go again.
Tam: A very professional performance and our goalkeeper was never tested. We could have scored more, but three points is all that matters. Can now sit back and watch Celtic and Rangers battle it out for third and fourth as Motherwell, like us, are better than both of them.
Chris: On paper, another 1-0 win at home, but these 1-0s don't tell the whole story. We have been exceptionally comfortable on the whole - Aberdeen didn't manage a shot on target. We played well in stages with players working hard out of possession and I've never been happier in my life to have a free week next weekend.
Steve: Another professional performance that would have been more comfortable if not for some more poor finishing – Pierre Landry Kabore and his causal chip over the goalkeeper is simply not good enough. Tynecastle was loud, Braga adds another million onto his worth and this Hearts still beating. Nine to go.
Harry: I suspected McCart would step in to Stuart Findlay's place with ease and he did. It's unfortunate with our injury issues, but having someone as good as McCart waiting to go is fantastic. I'm anticipating the return of Lawrence Shankland more than my newborn by this point. We are so close.
Aberdeen's latest defeat prompted some supporters to say the squad was "the worst in living memory".
David: This has to be the worst Aberdeen team I have witnessed. They struggle in defence or attack. Sorely lacking leadership on or off the field. This could be the season they go down. Massive turnaround required to finish this season and for the next one.
Bob: We have assembled, at huge cost, possibly the worst squad of players in living memory. Would like to know who is responsible. The only reason we won't be relegated is Livi and Killie are even worse.
Andy: The result was as good as could've been expected. We gave them a game in parts, but all too often the distribution was found wanting. Roll on the end of the season.
Malky: I put more effort into these messages than Aberdeen do on the pitch. It's becoming Groundhog Day. Slow all over the pitch, zero cutting edge, easy to defend against and easy to score against.
Slow to second balls, passing among the defenders and even that isn't quick enough. We're three yards off the pace every single week! Enough is enough.
We are sleepwalking into another Jimmy Thelin-type appointment with another largely unknown coming into the Premiership wholly unprepared. We are a complete and utter shambles.
David: This was a one-sided 1-0 hammering! It's all very well Peter Leven and Lyall Cameron saying Hearts are beatable, but as usual we had neither the players or the set-up to make that happen. Another addition to the coaching team - why? Get a new manager now.
Niall: There was a sense of inevitability and so it turned out, but, again, defensive frailties and no goal threat has doomed the Dons to a bottom-six dogfight for Premiership survival.
Alfon: No surprises. I don't think many Dons fans thought we'd get anything from this game. Struggling to see this team pick up any points before the split, meaning we could easily be pulled into that relegation play-off.
Well in 'dreamland', but United fans say Goodwin 'must go'
Another win for Motherwell, over Dundee United, has their supporters reflecting on a "surreal" season.
James: Another great result, but not the best performance. A deserved win and a great three points.
Bruce: The mighty Well juggernaut rolls on at Fir Park. In dreamland this season.
William: Good teams find a way to win. Going to be a brilliant end to the season.
Stuart: Another controlled performance. Never really allowed United to have many clear opportunities. This Motherwell team are a delight to watch and great seeing the crowds at Fir Park.
Mark: Comfortable and confident. Ibrahim Said has gone under the radar while Tawanda Maswanhise, Elijah Just and Elliot Watt get all the attention. He goes about his business, consistently performing to the highest level.
Fraser: Well were in control for the entirety. Dundee United were chasing shadows for the majority of the game. The fans are coming back and there is a real buzz and enthusiasm among fans and the team. A strong starting line-up and strength off the bench. This is a surreal season and one where we can only keep dreaming. In Jens Berthel Askou we trust.
Andy: It's not how you start but how you finish. Old Firm are nowhere near us and Hearts are stumbling towards the finish line. Going to be a bloodbath after the split and Falkirk will have a big say in where the title ends up. A lot of big games to come.
United supporters weren't slow to point the finger at manager Jim Goodwin after a meek performance from the visitors at Fir Park.
Eddie: Absolutely not good enough. Jim Goodwin deliberately fielded a weakened team because he had no belief we could win. How are the players meant to respond to that? I'm done with his excuses. He's not good enough to be a Dundee United manager and his defeatist mentality belongs elsewhere.
Kevin: Absolute shambles of a performance. Team selection is baffling, even accounting for rotation. No pressure, no energy and zero interest. We are going to struggle to stay away from 11th and really don't fancy our chances if we end up in the play-offs.
Ricky: One word - pathetic. It was worse than the Aberdeen game. We are right in trouble. The next game we will get a hiding. It's time for Goodwin to go.
Derek: Expected defeat, but an unnecessary penalty and a deflected goal wasn't too bad. It could have been worse.
Dave: This was an utterly shameful performance by a bunch of players who were either totally disinterested in trying to make any effort or were so incompetent in their display that they need to question themselves about their desire and pride in their work. This was simply pathetic and a kick in the teeth for all the United fans who have backed them and travelled in numbers all season.
Dundee effort rewarded, but Hibs 'throw away points'

Cameron Congreve's last-gasp strike ensure a share of the points
Dundee fans enjoyed a thrilling encounter and hard-earned point against Hibernian, but flaws were on show.
Albert: Steven Pressley deserves a lot of praise for bringing in a strong mentality to the group. More than confident now we'll stay up.
Gary: Disappointed with the draw, but happy with a point.
Ethan Hamilton went from winner to sinner, holding the ball too long when a pass was seemingly available.
Great effort to come back for the third goal, but again our goalkeeper doesn't instil massive confidence and, had it not been for errors, we'd have won that game.
Best parts were another goal for Simon Murray and injury returnees back on the bench.
Steven: We have the makings of a very good side. However, as has been the case for many years, we were exposed time and again for lack of a right and left-back.
I'm confident we would have won this had Brad Halliday been fit to play. Hibs spotted this early and exploited it to the full in the second half, as many before them have.
Brian: A great game of football, both teams played well and a draw was probably right. Would add that the referee [Ross Hardie] was excellent, allowing play to flow. Happy to see some of our injured players back.
Hibs fans are fed up at seeing their team let a winning position slip.
Colin: Another late, late show. Defence and game management a shambles. Are we slow learners? Where's the experienced leaders on the pitch? Stupidity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome. Our league position doesn't lie.
Ringo: How many times are Hibs going to lose a last-minute goal? Every time we seem to be getting somewhere, good old Hibs let you down. We haven't won three games in row all season. David Gray will put his usual positive spin on it and say a point away from home is a good result - it's two points dropped again.
Bob: Yet again, we throw it away. David Gray, please see that you can't play the same way against teams like Dundee as we do against Celtic, Rangers, Hearts or Motherwell.
We keep doing the same stuff, you keep saying the same stuff, sort it out!
Please sort this nonsense or, I'm sorry to say, your time is limited and as a long time supporter, we don't want that.
Keith: Completely unbelievable. Beat Celtic at Parkhead for first time in years then throw away points at Dens Park. We 'Hibsed it' again, no doubt. So angry.
Darren: New manager required, new ideas required. Same old soft Hibs. How long do we need to suffer? How many times must this happen before someone comes up with a solution? Fifth or sixth place is not acceptable.
Chris: Season over, the defence was awful once again. It's embarrassing. Roll on next season.
Kenny: Poor defending has cost us again. The defence can't sing off the same hymn sheet. Rocky Bushiri was ball-watching for the second and we then stepped up a gear and scored two good goals to go in front. We then gave away a silly free-kick to give Dundee possession with only a couple of minutes to go.
'Masterclass' from Falkirk against 'shambolic' Kilmarnock
Falkirk fans are loving life as their side enjoyed a comprehensive 5-1 victory over Kilmarnock.
John: The team just gets better and more resilient. As a Bairns supporter of many years - 66 to be exact - keep this up guys. Love it when us smaller teams take on the bigger fish.
Kevin: Absolutely first-class performance from every player. I still can't believe where Falkirk are sitting in the league right now. Have followed them for years and this is one of the best Falkirk teams I've seen since Simon Stainrod and super Sammy McGivern.
Looking forward to next week's Scottish Cup tie against Dundee United. I honestly think we've got a very good chance of lifting the cup this year.
Parker: It was a masterclass from Falkirk. Dylan Tait's second goal was brilliant.
Tommy: I just like the attitude and awareness of Barney Stewart. He reminds me of Joe Jordan. The Falkirk players have the togetherness to keep going. There's more chance of Hearts losing the league than Falkirk not making the top-six. I'll say they'll finish fifth.
Barry: Falkirk played through Kilmarnock time and time again. It felt everything in the first was going to come to fruition. Were Falkirk that good or Kilmarnock just terrible? I'm going to say the former.
Paul: Our rise up the leagues the last three years has been truly remarkable. The team play football the right way and our loan signings from some English academies have made a real difference. Although I am often told never fall in love with a loan player, I am smitten by Filip Lissah, Ben Broggio, Louie Marsh and Kyrell Wilson.
Kilmarnock fans were furious after a defeat that casts serious doubt over the chances of climbing to safety.
David: Disgraceful performance from the first minute. Each player needs to take a long hard look at themselves and ask - am I giving enough? For the 870 Killie fans that travelled, they should be reimbursed the ticket cost by the players.
Iain: Complete abdication of responsibility by the defence. Inept, incompetent - these are just words, but there is nothing really anyone can say about this performance.
I feel sorry for Kilmarnock's manager, Neil McCann. He gets the stick when everyone knows this is down to the players. They should go home, look in the mirror and ask themselves did I earn my pay cheque today?
James: Back to earth with a bump. Back to the same problems we have had all season. Dodgy goalkeeper, extremely poor defence and forwards that can't score. Only Greg Kiltie got pass marks, the rest were very poor. We need at least two central defenders.
Gary: Utterly disgraceful showing and they should be ashamed to take a wage from that performance. Shambolic, heartless and clueless. Play-offs at best.
Thomas: You could have driven a bus through the Killie defence. Woeful, clueless, ball-watching and incompetent.
David: We were well beaten by a better side. We just didn't turn up and paid the price. It was like being back in the Stuart Kettlewell era again.
Adam: Completely out-played from early on. No midfield at all. Why not change things early, because even after three minutes it was obvious we were not at the game.
Livingston fans 'flat' but rescue point against 'shocking' St Mirren
Livingston defender Brooklyn Kabongolo scored his second goal in two games
Livingston drew a third successive game to move a point closer to Kilmarnock, but the performance against St Mirren got a thumbs down from fans.
Malcolm: A crowd full of expectancy arrived, but even though by 5pm we had extended our unbeaten run to three weeks, the result was disappointing and the mood of the crowd was flat.
Where was the hunger from last week? Nobody had a particularly bad game, but it seemed like they weren't really up for it.
There's a definite change with the new manager, which is great, but I'd like the team to focus on attack. Too often we seemed to be going the wrong direction on the park. Frightened of attacking in case we get caught with a counter maybe? It's time to fight, push forward and take chances. At this point, we have nothing to lose.
Youssef: Need more goals. It's so important we need to win and get some points.
St Mirren supporters were in gloomy mood after seeing the team drop two points from a winning position.
John: Another slap in the face. In a game that would best be described as "dross", we looked comfortable for 65 minutes. Then we do what we always seem to do when ahead - concede possession and territory and lose a poor equaliser.
Can't believe that Livingston defender scored with a header so far from goal when we had defenders around him. As for the goalkeeper, rooted to the spot again.
Stephen Robinson was way too late with his changes. They should've been made at 1-0 and not at 1-1. With all the other results going our way, for once, that is a sore two points to drop. A Tannadice win is a must.
Michael: These players will struggle in the Championship, but that is what awaits. Shocking but not unexpected.
Alan: Another poor performance. We have Rangers, Falkirk and Celtic in three of our next four games. Do we really think we are getting anything from these games? Bottom line, recruitment has been useless and we will be lucky to stay up.
