Real Madrid Set Sights on Arsenal Star as Alternative to PSG Target

Reports suggest that PSG and Real Madrid are keeping a close eye on the situation and could make a move if Liverpool and Konaté fail to reach an agreement before the January transfer window.

Foot Mercato reveals that Konaté has been offered to several elite European clubs—including PSG, Real Madrid, and Barcelona—fueling speculation that a transfer could be on the horizon as his contract nears its end.

According to MARCA, Real Madrid have identified Konaté and William Saliba as their two primary defensive targets. With Saliba under contract until 2027, Konaté is viewed as the more realistic option for their next move.

MARCA recently reported that Konaté has rejected a third contract offer from Liverpool. Furthermore, MARCA’s José Félix Díaz reports that his move to Real Madrid next summer is well advanced.
