Real Madrid to Benefit From Sale of Everton Target Linked to PSG

Meanwhile, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported that Everton have reached out to Real Sociedad about a potential deal for the Japanese attacker.

After finishing last season with seven goals and four assists across 52 appearances, Kubo has had a slow start to the 2025-26 campaign, scoring just once in eight games.

Defensa Central reports that Real Madrid could see an unexpected €30 million boost as Tottenham move to sign Real Sociedad winger Takefusa Kubo, a player for whom the Spanish club still retains a 50 percent sell-on clause.

Fichajes recently noted that Napoli is also targeting Kubo to bolster its attack next season. Manager Antonio Conte views adding a top-tier left-footed winger as a priority for his squad.

Napoli are reportedly considering an offer of around €40 million, which Real Sociedad sees as a fair price for letting Kubo leave. Conte has already outlined the type of player he wants for the club, with Kubo emerging as their primary target.

Interest in Kubo isn’t limited to Napoli, as several Premier League and Bundesliga clubs are also circling, pushing up his value and appeal.

With Napoli eager to strengthen for both Serie A and European competition, the Japanese forward has become a central figure. His agent has reportedly begun discussions with Italian clubs, according to Fichajes.
