Manchester City head to the South Coast on Sunday looking to return to winning ways in the Premier League when they take on Brighton and Hove Albion.
City were beaten 2-0 by Tottenham Hotspur last weekend as they suffered an unwanted early season blow after their positive performance in the 4-0 win over Wolves on the opening weekend.
They now travel to the Amex Stadium looking to bounce back but they will have to do so without some injured first team players.
Here is a look at the current injury situation at the Etihad Stadium.
Savinho
Injury: Unknown
The Brazilian winger had been linked with a summer transfer to Tottenham Hotspur but he is now expected to remain at City now.
He is yet to feature for City this term through injury and Guardiola confirmed in Friday's press conference he will be back in contention after the international break.
Estimated return date: Manchester United (h) - Sunday, September 14
Mateo Kovacic
Injury: Achilles
Kovacic missed the FA Cup final defeat to Crystal Palace in May and hasn't played for City since. An Achilles injury is feared to keep him sidelined for another two months.
"He had an injury and missed the cup final," Guardiola said earlier this year. "He thought rest would help, but it didn't. Pain and swelling appeared concerning the heel tendon."
Estimated return date: Unknown
Josko Gvardiol
Injury: Unknown
The Croatian international defender is yet to feature this season and is expected to be out until after the next international break.
Estimated return date: Manchester United (h) - Sunday, September 14
