Another player has opened himself up to the possibility of joining Liverpool after Yan Diomande admitted he wants a move to Anfield.
The Reds are yet to make a major splash in the January market, although the signing of young defender Mor Talla Ndiaye was confirmed on Friday. Arne Slot though may yet have something bigger up his sleeve before the end of the transfer window.
The Liverpool boss has played down the possibility of his side throwing cash around again after spending big during the summer, although should he wish to do so, there are already players who have confirmed they want to move to Merseyside.

RB Leipzig star Diomande is one of them. The 19-year-old, who was knocked out of the Africa Cup of Nations with the Ivory Coast by Mohamed Salah’s Egypt on Saturday, has burst onto the scene in the Bundesliga this season, leading to speculation linking him with some of Europe’s biggest sides.
He only has eyes for one team though. “I want to play at Anfield, I want to play for Liverpool,” Diomande is reported to have said during a TikTok live video that has been shared on social media. “I’m a big Liverpool fan. My father’s dream is to see me play for Liverpool.”
And Diomande isn’t the only player who has issued something of a come and get me plea to the Reds.

Club Brugge winger Christos Tzolis has also opened himself up to a potential move to Anfield - albeit the Greek international is probably less likely to be in the Reds’ sights than Diomande.
Nevertheless, the 23-year-old has been in superb form in Belgium this season, having already scored 11 goals and added 15 assists, which has led to speculation that he could be set for a big move this month.
Tzolis though has told Het Nieuwsblad that he isn’t giving a January transfer much thought - unless Liverpool comes calling.
“I’m not aware of any concrete interest at the moment, so I’m not even considering it. Maybe you know more than I do,” he said.

“I’d like to win the title here first. Although you never know, so I can’t say with 100 per cent certainty that I’ll stay this winter.
“If a crazy team comes along, like Barcelona, Liverpool… Anyway, you know what I mean. But I don’t think that will happen in the winter.”
It remains to be seen whether Liverpool will make any moves for players during the January window, although speculation continues over Marc Guehi.
The race for the Crystal Palace defender looks to be heating up, with Manchester City and Arsenal now said to be in the running, although reports have suggested that Guehi still prefers a move to Anfield.
