The race for Tottenham defender Luka Vuskovic is heating up ahead of the summer, and the Lilywhites may reluctantly enter the negotiating table.
The Spurs squad is blessed with some top young talents, and some of them are attracting the attention of some elite clubs.
Some sources have suggested that Tottenham may be at risk of losing Lucas Bergvall this summer, but another youngster is attracting even more interest in light of his brilliant performances on loan this season.
Just a few days ago, it emerged that Real Madrid had entered the race for Luka Vuskovic, who is developing a reputation as one of the best young centre-backs across Europe.

Five huge clubs are all eyeing a summer deal for Tottenham’s Luka Vuskovic
A new report in SportsBoom has now backed up Madrid’s interest in the 18-year-old, stating that the Los Blancos are keen on rejuvenating their ageing backline.
The report reveals that they have identified Vuskovic as a ‘generational candidate’ to do so, while their fierce rivals, Barcelona, have also entered the race for the teenager’s services.
Barca believe that the Spurs youngster will fit seamlessly into their possession-based system, given his elite ball-carrying ability.
Additionally, scouts from Paris Saint-Germain have identified Vuskovic as the ‘perfect match’ to deal with the rigours of Ligue 1.
Finally, Manchester City and Liverpool have also dispatched their representatives to Germany this season to assess the centre-back’s development.
Spurs may listen to offers for Vuskovic
SportsBoom say that Tottenham view the Croat as the ‘centrepeice’ of their defensive project and have maintained a ‘unsellable’ stance to deter low offers.
The Lilywhites intend to integrate Vuskovic directly into their first-team rotation next season, but that does not mean that they will not assess offers that come their way for the youngster.
The report claims that Spurs require a significant ‘warchst’ for marquee signings in the summer, which may force them to enter the negotiating table for the former Hajduk Split man.
The outlet asserts that Tottenham may commence talks with interested parties at around €60m–€70m (£52.4m-£61.1m) for Vuskovic.
