Tottenham Hotspur fans will love what Thomas Frank has said in the lead-up to the January transfer window.
With the transfer window now just weeks away, speculation regarding Tottenham Hotspur’s potential transfer targets is starting to intensify.
Reports indicate that Spurs are ready to back Thomas Frank with big funds in January as the Lilywhites continue rebuilding their squad.
It has been suggested that Tottenham are willing to make big investments in key positions across the squad, and the Dane has now confirmed the same.

Thomas Frank asserts Tottenham will be active in the January window
The 52-year-old has now declared that the Lilywhites will look to strengthen their squad in January and that the club will try to complete deals as early as possible.
Frank explained that work for the January window started at Hotspur Way as soon as the transfer window shut in the summer.
The Tottenham head coach said (via Football.London): “We will definitely be in the market. No doubt about that. We want them as early as possible….like every other time and let’s see if we can have them before January 31.
“More or less after the window shut in September, we had the first formal meeting, and it’s an ongoing process that I also get to know the squad and players.
“One thing is the daily interaction, and I have seen a lot of games live, watched them back, and you see all the small good habits and bad habits from the players. So, that knowledge gets us closer and closer to knowing what we want.”
Frank reveals Spurs have targets in mind for every position
Reports over the last couple of months have indicated that signing a big-name wide-forward is Tottenham’s priority in January.
However, Frank has now explained that he and the club’s recruitment team have compiled a list of potential targets in every position across the pitch.
When asked if Spurs will try to add a midfielder to their squad after missing out on Morgan Gibbs-White in the summer, he responded: “Not about that specific situation, just in general, every position we have.
“We have more players on the [transfer] list for right-back, centre-back, number six, goalkeeper, right winger, whatever, and it is never straightforward in terms of signing players. That is the one thing for sure.”
