Thomas Frank is due to speak shortly after his Tottenham side were dumped out of the Carabao Cup by Newcastle at St James' Park.

Headers in either half from Fabian Schar and Nick Woltemade inflicted the damage on a night where Spurs looked toothless in attack.

They had a few half-chances but never truly looked like scoring during a display that was a far-cry from their red-hot away display at Everton.
