Thomas Partey has been charged with two new counts of rape.
The Villarreal midfielder, who played for Arsenal between 2020 and 2025, will face trial in November after denying the rape of two women and the sexual assault of a third.
The Crown Prosecution Service has now authorised an additional two counts of rape against the 32-year-old, who is set to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Friday, 13 March in relation to the fresh allegations.
A spokesperson for the CPS said: "Mr Partey is already charged with five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault in connection to allegations by three women of incidents which took place between 2021 and 2022.
"These new charges relate to a separate report of non-recent offences in 2020 involving one additional woman and follow a new investigation by the Metropolitan Police.
"These allegations were first reported in August 2025. He will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Friday, 13 March for a first hearing."

Partey pleaded not guilty to five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault in an appearance at Southwark Crown Court last September.
Those alleged offences are claimed to have transpired between 2021 and 2022, while Partey was plying his trade at the Emirates Stadium.
He was charged days after parting ways with Arsenal last June, when his contract with the club expired.
Despite being granted bail, Partey will face trial on November 2.
The conditions of his bail do not prevent Partey from playing football.
However, he must notify police of any international travel 24 hours prior, and is prevented from contacting the complainants.
