Inter Milan have one stumbling block to overcome to land Guglielmo Vicario from Tottenham Hotspur, which the Serie A club are confident of doing.
Vicario has come under plenty of fire this season in light of the mistakes he has made in goal, and suggestions are that his days at N17 may be numbered.
Reports indicate that Inter Milan are obsessed with landing the Tottenham number one and are already plotting a move for the experienced goalkeeper.
Some sources indicate that the Nerazzurri are ready to hand Vicario a pay bump to lure him to the San Siro.

A new report in L’Interista has confirmed what we have heard from other sources by stating that the former Empoli man has emerged as Inter’s number one target.
However, it is revealed there is still a small gap between the Serie A club and the Premier League side’s valuation of the 29-year-old.
Inter are ready to offer €20m (£17.5m) for Vicario, while Tottenham are thought to be holding out for at least €25m (£21.8m).
However, the outlet says that there is confidence at Inter that the €5m (£4.3m) gap can be bridged as the feeling is that the goalkeeper is now in his ‘final phase’ at Spurs.
Spurs are already planning for life without Vicario
A recent report from Football Insider claimed that Tottenham have already decided that Vicario is not part of their long-term plans.
However, the outlet asserted that the Lilywhites are only willing to offload him at the end of the season and have ruled out a January sale.
Meanwhile, other sources have indicated over recent weeks that Spurs have started identifying potential replacements for Vicario.
