Tottenham could be set for yet another managerial change in the space of just a few weeks ahead of their crunch match with Liverpool in the Premier League.
Spurs made the decision to part company with Thomas Frank as head coach in early February, replacing him just a few days later with Igor Tudor on a deal until the end of the season. The Croatian coach, who has a track record of helping teams avoid relegation in Italy, was given a clear task to avoid a drop into the Championship this season.
With his three games in charge so far all resulting in defeats, The Telegraph reports that Tottenham is once again considering a managerial change. It's claimed that the club's hierarchy is alarmed by the defeat to Crystal Palace in midweek, which has left the Lilywhites just one point above the relegation zone.

However, the immediate threat of relegation may prompt them to act sooner than anyone anticipated, with another change in the dugout.
Roberto De Zerbi has held talks with Spurs as an option if they stay up, but it remains to be seen whether he could join earlier after his exit from Marseille. Despite those links, and the recent run of defeats, Tudor remained upbeat when speaking after Spurs' loss on Thursday night.
"I want to be positive," he told the media. "I cannot tell the guys nothing in the end after this game. They gave everything. Unfortunately, we pay every detail. We pay every detail. If we can say that red card is a detail, there is always something to say.
"With all the problems we have now, missing the defenders today, missing the full-backs, these are the problems we already know. I don't want to speak about that, but we need to stay together now.

"I always repeat the same things, but it is how it is. Believing and growing. Do not make mistakes. This is the key in the end of football. Stay there, don't make mistakes.
"One goal, you always score. Two goals, you can score, but it's important to not make mistakes in football. Unfortunately, now, in this moment, we pay everything, but in return, I believe, we change everything. Still nine games to play. Still nine games to play."
Tottenham have a nine-day gap between now and their next match in the Premier League, which happens to be against Liverpool. The Reds have the same gap in the league, but they have FA Cup and Champions League action to come before that clash.
A switch for Spurs could impact both ends of the table, should they manage to find some changed fortunes with a new person on the touchline. While they could shake up the relegation battle once again, a positive result against the Reds could be costly to their Champions League ambitions.

A top-five finish should be enough to land that, thanks to the coefficient place given out by UEFA, but there are several teams slogging it out for those places.
Rivals Manchester United, Chelsea, and Aston Villa are all in the race, with just three points separating them all. Given how out of form Tottenham is, and the ground that needs to be made up, Liverpool will be expecting a victory at Anfield when they face off.
If they don't land that, be it due to a managerial change for the opposition or for any other reason, the pressure starts to mount on Slot over his own future.
