Tottenham Hotspur have been very impressed with one Ligue 1 starlet as they scour Europe for a replacement for Guglielmo Vicario.
One would expect plenty of changes to the Spurs squad in the summer after another disastrous season domestically for the club.
Several senior Tottenham players have been linked with summer exits as the Lilywhites potentially get set to push the restart button yet again.
A 29-year-old Spurs star is thought to be tempted by the idea of returning to his home country, and the Lilywhites have now identified a budding young Frenchman as a potential replacement.

Tottenham identify Lens’ Robin Risser as a possible Guglielmo Vicario replacement
A new report in TEAMtalk has now revealed that the Tottenham hierarchy have already made the decision to move on from Vicario at the end of the current campaign.
The report says that the Lilywhites have intensified their search for a new number one, and one Lens star has caught their eye.
Robin Risser has been outstanding between the sticks for Lens all season, having kept nine clean sheets so far, and his displays are one of the main reasons the club have emerged as surprise challengers for the league title.
It is revealed that Risser’s commanding performances have impressed Tottenham’s scouting department, with the young goalkeeper also in frame for a call-up to the France squad for the World Cup.
Spurs could face competition from two Premier League clubs for Risser
TEAMtalk say that Tottenham Hotspur are determined to secure a top-class replacement for Vicario and Risser’s name is now high on their shortlist.
While the North Londoners are also eyeing the likes of Brighton’s Bart Verbruggen, Manchester City’s James Trafford, and Sunderland’s Robin Roefs, it is the Lens man who has particularly impressed the Lilywhites.
However, Spurs will see off competition from the Premier League to land the 21-year-old shot-stopper.
The outlet claims that Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest have also been tracking Risser closely over recent weeks, while top clubs from around Europe are also monitoring his progress.
