Tottenham Hotspur have been told that they will have to pay a premium in order to land Iliman Ndiaye from Everton in January.
The Lilywhites are expected to have money to spend in January after Tottenham’s majority owners injected £100m equity into the club.
While it is unclear how much of that will go to the club’s transfer budget, reports have indicated that the Lewis family is prepared to inject more money into the club in the near future.
It has emerged over recent days that Everton attacker Iliman Ndiaye is part of Tottenham’s shortlist for January, but it turns out that the player will not come cheap.

Everton laugh off the reported valuation of Spurs target
The player in question is Iliman Ndiaye, who has made rapid strides in Merseyside since arriving from Marseille in the summer of 2024.
A new report from TEAMtalk confirms that Spurs are fans of Ndiaye, claiming that the North London club are following the attacker’s progress closely.
However, it is revealed that Everton are standing their ground on the Senegal international and are not keen on a sale of the player in January.
In fact, sources close to the Toffees have allegedly laughed off suggestions that Ndiaye could be available for £30m.
One source inside the club allegedly told the outlet about the Spurs target: “He’s bringing exactly what we need – energy, vision, and resilience.”
How much will Tottenham have to pay for Iliman Ndiaye?
TEAMtalk say that Everton value their star-man at the level that other creative number tens and wide players, such as Bruno Guimaraes and Matheus Cunha, are priced at: north of £60m.
It is revealed that David Moyes’ side are adamant that they will not entertain any offers for Ndiaye that fall below their valuation.
This is amidst the growing interest in the former Marseille man, with Newcastle United, Atletico Madrid, AC Milan, and Napoli also thought to be alert to his situation.
