Tottenham Hotspur are looking to strengthen Thomas Frank’s squad in January, and one top target will be available for £65m.
Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Antoine Semenyo for some time now, with interest going all the way back to the summer window.
Spurs’ effort to sign the Ghana international did not come to fruition, and Semenyo instead opted to stay put at the Vitality Stadium.
The Ghana international signed a new deal with the Cherries, extending his stay until 2030, but now, fresh details about the player’s contract have emerged, and Tottenham would be interested.

Antoine Semenyo contract twist as Tottenham maintain interest
Fresh reports from David Ornstein now claim that Bournemouth may be powerless to prevent an Antoine Semenyo sale in January.
This is because his contract includes a £65 million release clause, available to all clubs, but it must be triggered by a set date so that Bournemouth have time to replace him.
It is understood that this same clause applies again in the summer, but at a lower price.
Tottenham could not reach an agreement with Bournemouth last summer, given the Cherries’ £70 million valuation of Semenyo.
It was even reported that Spurs put in a £50 million bid for the 25-year-old, but Bournemouth rejected it as they did not want to lose any more of their players.

Spurs interest in Semenyo ahead of January
Spurs continue to be linked with Semenyo, with the January window just six or seven weeks away from opening.
The 25-year-old has started his Premier League season in good form, scoring six goals and assisting three in the opening eleven games.
His standout performances have only attracted interest from more sides in the Premier League, and with his contract situation, Spurs would need to act fast if they want to land a man they have chased for a while.
