This is the Tottenham team that we reckon Thomas Frank will select to face Burnley in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon
Tottenham need to keep that winning feeling going as they travel to Burnley on Saturday in the Premier League.
Spurs beat Borussia Dortmund 2-0 in the Champions League on Tuesday evening to book their place in the play-off round. A win in Frankfurt on Wednesday will see Thomas Frank's team jump straight into the round of 16 as one of the top eight clubs in the big table.
Up next though is Premier League game against Scott Parker's Clarets who sit 19th in the table but have started to turn their results around in recent weeks with draws against Liverpool and Manchester United.
While Frank has injuries galore with Lucas Bergvall suffering an ankle injury against Dortmund which required surgery on Friday, he does at least have players back in contention who were not registered for the midweek European clash.
Decisions must be made over how fit Dominic Solanke is after his first start in eight months, as well as Destiny Udogie with his first one in seven weeks and Xavi Simons, who has been playing with a painful and swollen ankle.
Frank has new signing Conor Gallagher ready to come back in as he is not registered for the Champions League yet and there is also Yves Bissouma, who impressed with his performance against West Ham which was his first appearance of the season for the north London club.
Archie Gray played well against Dortmund but with Gallagher and Bissouma unable to face Frankfurt, Gray may be wrapped in cotton wool for this one with Frank also saying Joao Palhinha is close to being ready to return but potentially not in time for this match.
Mathys Tel could come back into the team while Pape Matar Sarr is available after returning to training after the Africa Cup of Nations, where he was ill as Senegal won the final.
New signing Souza was finally announced on Thursday and the 19-year-old left-back will be available for selection, although he will severely lacking sharpness with it being more than a month since the Brazilian season ended.
Here's our predicted Tottenham team:
(4-2-3-1): Vicario; Porro, Romero, Van de Ven, Spence; Gallagher, Bissouma; Odobert, Xavi, Tel; Solanke.
