The Tottenham Hotspur teenager has picked up the same award for October as well, which is nothing less than what he deserved on the back of his solid displays.

The award was presented to him at the HSV training ground in front of his teammates, who gave the defender a big round of applause.

Vuskovic insisted that he could not have won the prize without the help of his teammates and admitted that he wants to win it a few more times before the end of the campaign.

Vuskovic is being tipped to achieve big things for club and country

Some journalists believe that Vuskovic could be a starter for Croatia in next summer’s World Cup if he continues developing in the way he is.

Meanwhile, European football expert Andy Brassell has backed Vuskovic to be a future Tottenham captain, given the leadership attributes he is currently showing at Hamburg.

The Lilywhites are not expected to recall the centre-back in January. In fact, according to reports, Spurs are only allowed to cut Vuskovic’s loan short if they suffer multiple serious injuries at the back.
