Rangers have stepped up their efforts to secure Mikey Moore’s future, with high-level discussions held over what has been described as a dream Tottenham raid.

With Tottenham Hotspur struggling for domestic form, there have been calls for Spurs to turn to their youth to help drag them out of trouble.

However, not many youngsters are currently at Hotspur Way, with several out on loan gaining valuable experience and impressing for their respective clubs.

Mikey Moore is one such player, performing at a high level with Rangers and earning praise from supporters after a series of strong displays under manager Danny Rohl.

The teenager has registered eight goal contributions in 37 games and delivered a coming-of-age performance in the Old Firm derby, prompting some fans to call for the club to sign Moore.
