Tottenham Hotspur will appoint an interim head coach until the end of the season whilst seeking out Thomas Frank's permanent replacement

Tottenham Hotspur are confident of appointing an experienced interim head coach, who will see out the remainder of the 2025/26 campaign, before Monday, football.london understands.

Club bosses want their pick to make an instant impact before they appoint a permanent manager in the summer. The interim candidate will also have the chance to stake their claim over the coming months.

Mauricio Pochettino has already been linked with a return to the club to replace Thomas Frank, who was sacked on Wednesday.

Former Borussia Dortmund manager Edin Terzic and former RB Leipzig head coach Marco Rose are also reportedly in the running.
