A Ghanaian teenager has made an outstanding start to his spell in Europe since making the move to the continent this summer, and Tottenham’s scouts have already watched him play this season.

Spurs boast of extremely talented youngsters in their squad, including Lucas Bergvall, Archie Gray, Mathys Tel and Wilson Odobert.

While they mostly concentrated on recruiting experienced players in the recent transfer window, the club showed through their acquisition of Kota Takai that they are continuing to keep an eye on talented teenagers across the global game.

The latest youngster to catch Tottenham’s eye is a Ghanaian teenager, who is making waves in Danish football, but a whole host of other European giants are also watching the youngster.

This report comes from TRB Football, who claim that Ghanaian starlet Prince Amoako Junior has caught the attention of several of Europe’s heavy hitters after joining Danish side FC Nordsjaelland in the summer.

Amoako Junior is a left-winger by trade and has graduated from the famed Right to Dream academy in Accra, which also produced Mohammed Kudus, as well as the likes of Kamaldeen Sulemana and Simon Adingra.

The 18-year-old has already scored four goals and provided an assist in eight games in the Danish top-flight.

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly made the trip to Denmark to watch the youngster play this season, but they are not the only ones to do so.

Prince Amoako Junior is on everyone’s radar

TBR Football say that the winger has also been watched by scouts from Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City, Newcastle United, Brighton and Brentford.

Additionally, Real Madrid are keeping close tabs on Amoako Junior, while he is also someone who is being followed by Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig and Marseille.

The outlet describes the youngster as ‘one of the most talked about young players on the continent’ right now, which means a deal will not be easy for Spurs to pull off.
