Tottenham youngster Luka Vuskovic has reacted to the speculation linking him with some of the biggest clubs in Europe.
The 18-year-old centre-back has surpassed all expectations during his loan spell at Hamburg and is quickly garnering a reputation as one of the best young defenders in world football.
According to reports, Spurs have been closely monitoring Vuskovic’s development this season, and they are delighted with the way he has progressed.
Vuskovic has opened the door to extending his loan spell at Hamburg, but the teenager is also attracting interest from some of the biggest clubs in Europe.

Tottenham startlet Luka Vuskovic brushes off Barcelona’s interest
According to reports, Spurs have knocked back approaches from Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig for Vuskovic.
The Spurs teenager has also attracted interest from Barcelona, but he has now shut down any talk of a switch to Camp Nou, making it clear that the decision lies with the North London club.
When asked specifically about the Bara rumours, Vuskovic told 24Sata (as relayed by Sport Witness): “I’m a Tottenham player, I have a contract until 2030, and everything that happens in the future will have to be agreed with them. So far, everything has been great. I hope it continues to be that way.”
Vuskovic admits his overriding desire at Hamburg
Vuskovic’s brother, Mario, also plays for Hamburg, but he is currently serving a doping ban, which runs until November 2026.
The young defender has now confessed that he would love nothing more than lining up alongside his older brother in the HSV side.
He added: “My big wish is to play with my brother one day. There is an option for us both to start next season at HSV. We are very close. I’m happy that he is my brother because he has helped me a lot in my career and in life.
“I wanted to show him and everyone that I am with him, that I believe that he will come back one day, just to stay positive. I wanted to show the whole world who we Vuskovićs are and how, despite all the adversity, we stand by each other.”
