The Italian club’s decision-makers will have to reach common ground on the topic of contract renewals and finalise their priority transfer objectives for the summer before making a decision on Vicario.

Reports continue to indicate that Tottenham are eyeing Man City’s James Trafford as a possible replacement for Vicario.
Trafford is not the only Premier League goalkeeper on the Lilywhites radar, with some sources claiming that Spurs are also considering a move for Brighton’s Bart Verbruggen.
De Zerbi was the one who signed Verbruggen at Brighton in 2023, and it will be interesting to see if the Italian attempts to reunite with the Dutchman at N17.
