Donely admits he is keen to kick on after returning for Oxford

The youngster confessed that it was good to be back on the pitch after more than a month on the treatment table.

Donley confessed that he is keen to kick on and make a real impact for Matt Bloomfield’s men over the next few months.

The midfielder told the Oxford Mail after his return against Sunderland: “It’s definitely a lot better than my first appearance in an Oxford shirt so I was looking forward to it and just wanted to enjoy it really because I haven’t had a lot of football recently.
