TBR Football reports that several Premier League clubs are keeping a close eye on Lazio defender Mario Gila, with Tottenham Hotspur the latest to enter the hunt.

Additionally, the outlet reports that Bournemouth held talks for Gila during the summer, considering him a potential replacement for Dean Huijsen, who joined Real Madrid, and Zabarnyi eventually went to PSG.

In April, Le Parisien noted that sporting advisor Luis Campos traveled to Italy to scout multiple players, including Gila, during Lazio’s match against Bodo Glimt. The 25-year-old center-back was reportedly a potential target for the Ligue 1 side ahead of the summer transfer window.
