Tottenham Hotspur are back in Premier League action this afternoon, with Igor Tudor naming his side for a crucial trip to Craven Cottage.

Igor Tudor takes charge of Tottenham for the second time today, having replaced Thomas Frank with the clear task of steering the club away from a relegation battle.

The Croatian will be looking to put last weekend’s defeat to Arsenal behind him as he attempts to keep Spurs in the Premier League.

The Cottagers will be no write-off; they sit tenth in the table and even claimed a 2-1 win over Spurs earlier in the campaign at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Tottenham lineup confirmed as Igor Tudor names XI vs Fulham

Tudor continues to deal with the absence of several Tottenham players, with injuries and suspension ruling a few out.

The usual names remain sidelined, with Wilson Odobert, Rodrigo Bentancur, Mohammed Kudus, James Maddison, Dejan Kulusevski and Ben Davies all unavailable.

Cristian Romero is also unavailable as he remains suspended, while Destiny Udogie misses out with a hamstring problem.

Pedro Porro and Kevin Danso returned to training ahead of this London derby, which did come as something as a boost to bolstering the ranks of a depleted dressing room.

Here is the Tottenham side that takes to the field at Craven Cottage this afternoon:

Fulham XI: Leno; Tete, Diop, Bassey, Sessegnon; Berge, Iwobi; Wilson, Smith Rowe, Bobb; Jimenez.

Tottenham XI: Vicario; Palhinha, Dragusin, Van de Ven; Porro, Bissouma, Gallagher, Xavi Simons, Gray; Solanke, Kolo Muani.

Subs: Kinsky, Austin, Danso, Souza, Rowswell, Sarr, Olusesi, Richarlison, Tel

Today’s clash is absolutely vital for Tottenham in their fight to avoid relegation this season.

West Ham United featured before the Lilywhites this gameweek and dropped points against Liverpool in their own league fixture, losing 3-1.

If Tottenham can secure a win here, they can extend the gap to 18th place to seven points.
