Tottenham starlet Yang Min-hyeok opened his account for Portsmouth with a beautiful volley against Watford.
The 19-year-old winger is yet to make his competitive debut for Tottenham Hotspur since arriving at the North London club in January.
Yang was shipped out on loan to QPR for the second half of last season, and he did reasonably well, considering that it was his first taste of English football.
Spurs decided to loan Yang back to the Championship again this summer, with the teenager joining Pompey on loan on this occasion, and he has now made his first significant contribution for the South Coast club.
Watch Tottenham starlet Yang Min-hyeok score an impressive volley for Portsmouth
The on-loan Spurs man made his third Championship appearance of the season on Wednesday, starting on the left wing for Portsmouth at Fratton Park against Watford.
Yang got 63 minutes under his belt as the two sides played out an entertaining 2-2 draw.
The winger opened the scoring for the home side in the fifth minute, stroking an impressive volley from the edge of the box into the bottom corner after a long-throw routine fell kindly to him.
This could be the start of a turnout for Yang at Fratton Park
The Spurs youngster has not had the best of starts to his loan spell at Pompey, struggling to get regular minutes so far this season.
However, this goal will be a major confidence booster and will hopefully get him a run of starts for the Championship outfit.
In the summer, Spurs legend Heung-min Son advised Yang to keep his head down and focus on improving every single day, and that is certainly what the 19-year-old will want to do as he looks to prove himself in English football.
