Wales will be looking to halt a seven match losing streak when they travel to Spain to play Switzerland in an international friendly.

The match will take place on Tuesday, 2 December (11:00 GMT) at El Chapin Stadium in Jerez de la Frontera.

Euro 2025 hosts and quarter-finalists Switzerland are ranked 24th in the world, eight places above Rhian Wilkinson's Wales.

The sides last met at the World Cup play-off final in October 2022 in Zurich, where Wales' hopes of reaching a first major tournament came to an agonising end when Switzerland scored a winner in the dying seconds of extra time.

The friendly will aid Wales' preparations for the 2027 World Cup qualifiers.

Wales have been drawn in Group 1 of League B, and will face Czechia, Albania and Montenegro.

A second friendly is also being finalised to be played on Friday, 28 November, also in Spain, with the opponents yet to be confirmed.
