Thomas Frank has a chance to win a piece of silverware in his first game in charge of Tottenham when his new side take on Champions League winners Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Super Cup.
Spurs qualified for the competition after lifting the Europa League last season, but a lot has changed since the club beat Manchester United in Bilbao. Frank has replaced Ange Postecoglou as Tottenham's new head coach, while there has been a considerable turnover in the squad.
Tottenham have won two, drawn three and lost once in pre-season. Spurs kickstarted with a 2-0 win at League One side Reading but followed that up with successive draws against Wycombe Wanderers and Luton Town. A 1-0 success over north London rivals Arsenal followed, before Spurs were held to a 1-1 draw against Newcastle United and thrashed 4-0 at Bayern Munich last time out.
Next up for Tottenham is none other than the best team in Europe after PSG beat Inter Milan to win the Champions League and book their place in the Super Cup for the first time. Luis Enrique's side, unlike Spurs, have not had a pre-season, after reaching the final of the Club World Cup in July.
Date, kick-off time and venue
Tottenham's game against PSG is scheduled for an 8pm kick-off on Wednesday, August 13.
The match will take place at the Bluenergy Stadium in Udine, Italy.

In the UK, the game will be shown live on TNT Sports 1, with coverage starting at 7pm ahead of an 8pm kick-off.

Team news
Frank confirmed in his pre-match press conference that Dominic Solanke is back available for selection after recovering from an ankle issue. Destiny Udogie is close to returning, while Yves Bissouma won't be involved after the Tottenham head coach revealed he has been sanctioned for disciplinary reasons.
Explaining Bissouma's absence, Frank said: "He's been late several times and now this time the latest time was one too many. With everything you need to give your players a lot of love. There need to be demands and consequences and this time there was a consequence."
As for PSG, Gianluigi Donnarumma won't be involved amid speculation around the goalkeeper's future. New signing Lucas Chevalier is set to start in goal, following his arrival from Lille earlier this month.
Joao Neves is suspended after he was sent off in the Club World Cup final for pulling Marc Cucurella's hair.
