Andrey Santos has been speaking about his and Chelsea's goals this season while also opening up on the impact head coach Liam Rosenior has had at Stamford Bridge

Andrey Santos is dreaming of Champions League glory with Chelsea as the Blues prepare for an enormous test against Napoli on Wednesday evening.

Chelsea are one of eight teams on 13 points in the Champions League league phase going into this week's showdown at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium in Naples. The Blues need to match or better the other sides level on points to earn qualification via the top eight and hope their goal difference is enough to see them avoid an extra two play-off matches next month.

Liam Rosenior will face arguably his most challenging task yet as Chelsea head coach against the reigning Italian champions away from home. Those inside the Blues camp, though, are already dreaming of European glory, including Santos.

"The goal for me this season is to win every trophy it's possible to win," said Santos. "We know when we talk about Chelsea, you have to win, you have to win trophies.

"We know Napoli is a hard game, but now today [Sunday] we can rest and tomorrow [Monday], we come back, work hard and train hard to be ready for the next game."

Santos has also praised Rosenior for the confidence he has already injected into the Chelsea squad after joining earlier in the month. The Brazil international worked with Rosenior during his loan spell with Strasbourg last season.

"He's given me a lot of confidence, but it's not only to me, itss a lot to the other players as well," Santos explained. "But it's easier for me because I know him, I know that he wants every player to work hard and fight with an elite mentality to win games and trophies.

"The previous coach [Enzo Maresca] is a top, top coach. I worked hard with him and I learned a lot from him. This is football, these things can happen.

"At home I say to my wife, to my parents, and to my sister, in football, anything can happen. One day I was young, now I'm 21 and I play in the Premier League and the Champions League, with the national team as well."
