Will the poznan make a return at Oasis's Manchester gig tonight? If you're wondering why Liam loves it then here's why

Oasis made their big return to live performance last weekend, at two epic shows in Cardiff to kickstart their world tour.
Now, the band head home to Manchester for five nights that could not be more eagerly anticipated with the prospect of brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher reunited on stage.
One of the key moments of the Cardiff Oasis shows has been when Liam got everyone in the audience to "do the poznan".
On the opening night, he instructed the audience: "Everybody turn around, take each others arms do the poznan to this tune."
As the crowd duly did as they were told, Liam continued: "Come on it's easy! You don't need GCSEs man, turn around... it's easy!"

As the opening thrash of Cigarettes & Alcohol kicked in, everyone in the audience were linking arms and then jumping up and down with their backs to the stage in what was an uplifting highlight for many fans.
With thoughts now turning to Manchester, fans are wondering if the same will happen again for the Manchester shows - particularly given the reason Liam and Noel are such fans of the poznan in the first place.
For, if you didn't know, the poznan is a dance that was adopted by the Gallaghers' beloved Manchester City some 15 years ago.
It was a craze that would sweep the blue half of the City and become permanently ingrained in football folklore.

As Man City's official website explains: "On the night of 21 October 2010, savouring the return of European football to the Etihad Stadium, City welcomed Lech Poznan in the Europa League group stage - but the night is fondly remembered for the joyous events which occurred off the pitch rather than on it.
"Armed with a star-studded squad, gleaned with a sensational summer transfer window of activity, City bounced to a 3-1 triumph, courtesy of an Emmanuel Adebayor hat-trick... and the atmosphere was jumping in the stands.
"But the lively leaping actually originated from the away end: the 6,000 staunch Poznan supporters, who unleashed their signature show of support.

"Turning their back on the pitch, spreading their arms and grabbing the person next to them, the away following created wave after wave of royal blue chains, bouncing up and down on the spot.
"It was quite an incredible sight, enjoyed by all corners of the ground, and in light-hearted jest, the City fans adopted it after Adebayor’s strikes.
"From then on, it stuck and quickly became a new part of the matchday ritual - an added celebration after a goal and a new chapter of City fandom."
It concludes: "Quite how this crazy dance became part of City folklore is difficult to explain... unless you’re a City fan!"

It became so synonymous with Man City that when the team won the BBC Sports Personality of the Year Team of the Year award in 2012, the entire sportsworld all did their own poznan in celebration.
Now, music fans will get to put football rivalries to one side, and get involved in the classic reverse dance move at the Oasis shows - if Liam decides to send the crowd into another poznan frenzy that is.
