‘A crucial partnership’ – Sky journalist gives positive update on Allegri-Tare relationship

While there is yet to be a flurry of movement in AC Milan’s summer transfer window, the relationship between Massimiliano Allegri and Igli Tare is positive.

That is according to the journalist Peppe Di Stefano who gave an update on Sky (via MilanNews) this afternoon. He gave an assessment of Milan’s situation just over 24 hours before their departure for Singapore, where the Rossoneri will head tomorrow evening for their summer tour.

“We saw Tare at Milanello today, and he’s certainly spoken to Allegri. We understand it’s a crucial partnership for this Milan team, where Allegri’s motto is carefree and serene,” he said.

“With just over 24 hours to go before the departure for Singapore, where AC Milan will begin their summer tour, many players will be sitting out this preseason: Modric and Gimenez, who will presumably join around August 4-5.”

Gaps still to full

While the update is a positive one, fans still have the same questions: when will there be news on the striker? Will a deal be closed with Club Brugge for Ardon Jashari? After the Archie Brown saga, when will a new full-back come?

Things have slowed down to almost a half after the Samuele Ricci and Luka Modric additions, so Tare will need to unblock things to fill the gaps in Allegri’s squad which have been obvious for weeks now.
