Yacine Adli has said goodbye to AC Milan with a social media message after leaving the club for Al-Shabab.
Late last night, the Saudi Pro League confirmed on their social media channels that they have signed Adli from Milan. As per widespread reports, it is a permanent deal and the Rossoneri will get €8m from it, while the player will get a nice tripling of his salary.
It brings an end to his rollercoaster time with Milan, which was spent mostly fighting for a starting spot, with occasional glimpses of brilliance and a loan spell at Fiorentina last season.
On Instagram, the midfielder wrote: “Thank you so much for the love you fans have always given me. Stand behind Allegri and the team because they deserve your support. I have been and always will be a Milan fan, I have always given everything for that shirt, and no one can take that away from me.”

As mentioned, the Frenchman spent last season on loan with Fiorentina, where he racked up five goals and seven assists in 35 games across all competitions but was not bought permanently. For Milan, he played 39 times and got a goal and two assists, having arrived from Bordeaux.
