Arsenal are closing in on another set of deals for the future, as two new academy stars are expected to sign for the years to come, with details being sorted in London

Arsenal are looking towards the future with their current recruitment, with the academy being one of the main focuses for their business.
The Gunners have done well to bring through some impressive stars, with Bukayo Saka, Myles Lewis-Skelly, Ethan Nwaneri, and Max Dowman all making an impact on the senior side.
However, there is still another generation to come next, with the hierarchy looking to do everything they can to support the side for a sustainable future using Hale End. That includes signing up talent elsewhere who can make an impact at the club for the long-term.
With that in mind, Arsenal have moved quickly in the market, as ESPN reports that the club have agreed to sign Ecuadorian twins Edwin and Holger Quintero from Independiente Del Valle. The report claims that the pair are in London this week to sort out the formalities of a deal that will put the agreement in place.
The duo are 16 years old, meaning they won't officially join Arsenal until 2027, when they turn 18 and the rules allow them to make the move. It's another example of the club scouting the next big talents, securing them for the future in a deal that may not pay off for a while.
football.london understands the club has, for many years now, been investing a lot more in South American talent and scouting. Perhaps the greatest example in their team currently is Gabriel Martinelli, who the Gunners paid just £6m for from Brazilian side Ituano - having repaid that and then some with his performances at the top level.
