Hello and welcome to football.london for live coverage of Arsenal vs Tottenham Hotspur from the Emirates Stadium. Both North London sides have so much on the line, but the Gunners need a response from their draw at Sunderland as they chase Premier League title success.
Thomas Frank has already got some credit in this clash, having beaten Mikel Arteta in a pre-season friendly courtesy of an unbelievable goal from Pape Matar Sarr. While the Senegalese midfielder came through the international break unscathed despite a small scare, his opponent, Gabriel Magalhaes, did not and is expected to miss the match.
Both teams have many players missing, but equally have a raft of stars pushing to make it back fit for this particular match. Both managers gave little away in their pre-match press conference as they try to keep their cards close to their chest.
You can follow all of the action from the Emirates Stadium in our dedicated live blog below with Tom Canton and Alasdair Gold . Updates to follow.
