Oli and Anthony recap AC Milan’s international break injury blues, where it leaves the depth in each department and whether the squad size is too small after all.

Five (!) Milan players returned to Milanello from the most recent international break with some sort of discomfort or injury. The biggest one, of course, was Christian Pulisic who has been ruled out for around a month due to a hamstring injury.

Adrien Rabiot is also expected to be sidelined for a month, while Pervis Estupinan and Christopher Nkunku are set to be unavailable against Fiorentina tomorrow. In short, Massimiliano Allegri has to deal with a rather difficult situation.

Oliver and Anthony discussed the effects of the international break in the most recent edition of the bonus podcast. In addition to the injuries, they also discussed whether Milan’s squad is big enough despite playing just once a week.
